Redmond James Hardie Siding Installation

This home had LP siding and it was over 25-years old with lots of moisture damage. Upon the removal of the siding, there were unforeseen damages hidden beneath. There was plywood rot and some damage to the frame that had to be repaired. Once the repairs were completed, the project was back on schedule. The siding was replaced with James Hardie Color+ in the color Evening Blue with WRB (water-resistive barriers) underneath on all elevations of the house. Trim and flashing were replaced last to complete the project.
