The 27-year old cedar roof on this home was showing signs of moisture deterioration on the shingles. With heavy rainfall here in Washington, the shingles had absorbed a lot of moisture, causing them to warp, split, and crack. The roof was replaced with Certainteed Presidential TL in the color Autumn Blend. With it, drip edge was installed, and flashing and gutters were replaced.
