Composition shingles (typically known as asphalt shingles) are divided into two categories: organic and fiberglass. Organic composition shingles are manufactured with a cellulose fiber base made from recycled paper and wood fibers. This base is saturated with asphalt and given a mineral coating on one side to resist weathering. Fiberglass shingles are made in a similar fashion, but the central core is fiberglass, which is more flexible and stronger than the cellulose materials. All composition shingles come in a wide variety of colors and are rated by their project life expectancy, typically 30-50 years. This is a great option if you're looking for a standard, long-lasting roof at a great price.
"The crew answered our questions and were exceptionally, polite and helpful. Even our neighbors said good things about the new roof."
"The professionalism, responsiveness and fact that he was a family-run business you could tell really cared was why I picked Landmark."
I was so pleased that I had no problem recommending Rener and Landmark to my other neighbors. When you are so pleased with such a big investment, I don't mind sharing my enthusiasm for a job well done.
