Coverage for Original Homeowners
The Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty applies to full roofing and siding replacements performed by our team. As the original homeowner, you are covered for as long as you own your home. If an installation issue ever arises, we’ll make it right.
Transfer Policy
Because a new roof or siding project is one of the biggest investments you can make in your home, we designed this warranty to carry value even if you sell. The warranty is transferable once to a new homeowner, provided the transfer occurs within 20 years of the original installation date. After transfer, the warranty remains valid for the balance of that 20-year period.
Exclusions
- Repairs, patchwork, or partial replacements
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by storms, fire, earthquakes, or other natural disasters
- Failures due to lack of maintenance (e.g., clogged gutters, neglected caulking)
- Alterations or repairs performed by other contractors
