Lake Forest Park James Hardie Siding Installation

The LP siding was 20+ years old and was ready to be replaced with James Hardie Color+ in the color Night Grey. Water and moisture damage were found in the plywood to the deteriorating soffits of the home. The work included replacing the rotted plywood, trim, flashing, adding WRB on all elevations of the house, installing new gutters and downspouts, Hardie vented soffits, and insulation.
