At Landmark Roofing & Siding, we want your payment process to be simple and stress-free.

Below are the ways you can pay for your project and what to expect.

Deposit Requirement

To secure your project on our schedule, we require a 40% deposit of the total project cost (including sales tax).

Final Balance

Once your project is complete, we’ll notify you of substantial completion. At that point, your remaining balance is due within three (3) days.

Accepted Payment Methods

We offer a range of convenient payment options:

  • Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard (3.5% processing fee applies)

  • Checks – Personal, business, or cashier’s checks

    • You may mail a check to our office

    • Or drop it off in person at our Redmond office (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, closed 12:00–1:00 PM for lunch)

  • Money Orders – Accepted for deposits or balances

  • Financing – Flexible options available through our trusted partners. Explore our financing options for your exterior projects.



Transparency & Adjustments

  • Estimates include sales tax; final amounts may vary slightly if tax rates change before project completion.

  • Additional costs may apply in rare cases (such as complex site conditions or hand-carried deliveries). You’ll always be notified before changes are applied.
