Kenmore Composition Roof Installation
The 3-tab composition roofing was 25-years old on this Redmond home and was ready to be replaced. The sheathing had dry rot, moisture build-up in the plywood and poor ventilation. The roof was replaced with Certainteed Landmark 30yr in the color Moire Black. To resolve all these underlying issues, the plywood and fascia boards were replaced, flashing and underlayment installed, and the roof vents were upgraded.
