This house in Lynnwood had 20-year old LP siding that was ready for replacement. There were damages to the frame and plywood rotting underneath from all the moisture trapped in between. A layer of WRB was applied beneath the new James Hardie Color+ (Khaki Brown) to protect the new plywood that was installed. Lastly, trim and flashing were replaced to finish off the project.
