This multi-story home in Seattle had old LP siding that had visible signs of water intrusion damages and dry rot plywood. This was replaced with James Hardie Color+ in the color Boothbay Blue. Matching Hardie vented soffits were installed to regulate air circulation to the attic and provide nice aesthetics.
