This two-story home had siding that was over 20 years old. There was plywood rot and a bit of framing damage that needed repair. WRB was added on all elevations of the house to protect the plywood. Then James Hardie Lap Siding in the color Iron Grey was installed with new trim and flashing. Gutters, downspouts, Hardie vented soffit, and the side door was replaced.
