I appreciated Landmark’s detailed scope of work and proposal. Rener took the time to explain construction details and sequence. Several different crews were used to complete separate tasks. Each were skilled and timely.

I hired Landmark to replace windows and reside my 1928 house. I am thrilled with the results. The workmanship is outstanding and the crew was very professional. The job was done quickly with minimal mess. I couldn't be happier. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could!

We hired landmark roof and siding in last summer for reroofing our old cedar shake shingles into Davinci synthetic multi width shingles and replaced our old gutters. Rener, the owner, is very friendly and easy to communicate. The prices are fair. And they are on time and the crew are professional and finished the whole work fast and clean. Everything is good. Except our new gutters has some leaking later, due to last winter’s heavy snow caused some screws loosen. I texted Rener for the repair. He responded rapidly and sent his repair guy fixed the loose screws right away. We had a pretty good experience with Landmark Roof and Siding company . Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Landmark if you're in need of new siding or roofing! They are highly responsive and prompt in covering the needs of their clients. I have worked alongside them (as their photographer and videographer) and have observed the following: They care deeply about their customers AND their employees. They don't try to upsell if it's not needed but they work to provide the ideal solution based on the budget of the client. They work very efficiently and take care to protect the client's property throughout the whole process. They have a thorough attention to detail and follow up to ensure the high quality standards are kept. The owner, Rener, is very personable, kind and respectful, he listens attentively to the client and is quick to provide a solution. If you need your roof or siding done, no need to look elsewhere.

We had a skylight condensation issue right before Christmas last year, and it caused minor mold issue on the drywall as well so we were really concerned. I called multiple companies and Evan from Landmark roofing was the first one to come over with no charge at all. He initially thought the condensation is because we don't have proper air ventilation for the roof, but when he grabbed a ladder and took a look at those skylight from the roof he noticed that they were not bolted on to the roof at all. When the snow melted or the rain is too heavy water leaks through it and caused the mold problem. We got scheduled for a follow up service right away and everything was fixed properly before Christmas. Evan then came over one more time after new year to do sanity check from inside the house and on the roof to make sure everything is installed properly. I really appreciate the fast response, the professional troubleshooting and the quality work for the fix. Thank you Evan for keep doing that and helping with us.
