Job Overview:
Landmark Roofing & Siding is seeking an experienced Roofing Estimator to join our growing, family-oriented team. This role focuses on residential and commercial roofing estimates—including gutters—throughout the Greater Seattle area. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer satisfaction, knowledgeable about roofing systems and materials, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment.
Our ideal candidate is well-versed in roofing solutions, brings a positive attitude under pressure, has strong communication skills, and can confidently interpret plans and develop accurate estimates. A willingness to continue learning and growing in the industry is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately estimate roofing and gutter materials and labor for residential and commercial projects
- Perform on-site inspections and take precise measurements
- Utilize AccuLynx CRM to manage sales, track leads, and maintain customer records (preferred experience)
- Ensure all details are correctly included on bids.Work closely with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients to define project scope
- Source pricing from vendors and ensure accurate, competitive bid packages
- Collaborate with crews and project managers to ensure job success and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records, timely documentation, and project schedules
- Coordinate material orders and job prep with internal operations team
- Draft and deliver clear, professional estimates and contracts as part of the sales process
- Represent Landmark Roofing & Siding with professionalism and integrity
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform fieldwork
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM tools, especially AccuLynx, is preferred
- Familiarity with various roofing systems (asphalt, composite, metal, etc.) and brands (CertainTeed, Malarkey, NU-Ray, etc.)
- Attend team meeting and sales training to keep up with the latest developments
- Residential and Commercial construction: 3 years (Preferred)
- Project Management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
- Must be willing to drive to job sites across the Greater Seattle area, including locations ranging from Marysville to Tacoma, depending on where estimates are scheduled
